Ideal for family road trips
The staff was super friendly and helped us settle in real quick after the long drive. Plus, they were nice enough to get us some takeout from the bar since the restaurant was closed, saved us a lot of hassle.
It wasn’t exactly affordable but still reasonable for what you get.

The lobby was absolutely charming, like stepping into Grandma's living room with its cozy sofas and beautiful floral arrangements. It made me feel right at home, perfect for us seniors looking for comfort.
More accessibility features for seniors would be appreciated.

Not the best stay
Stayed a few nights with the fam and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The front desk staff were super nice, and the room was clean. But man, the lack of elevators was a bummer and kinda inconvenient, especially with kids. Breakfast was decent though, can't complain there!

It was just a well-suited match for a brief retreat in Fayetteville with value for price. The breakfast scrambled eggs were better than average, and the staff were friendly. Bring your own snacks if you're expecting a wider selection for breakfast.

solid stay with room for improvement
The staff here truly stood out, showing great friendliness throughout my visit. The breakfast options, while simple, were quite satisfactory and helped start the day well.
The hotel appears to be in the midst of renovations, which is understandable but can affect the overall experience.

I stayed here recently and was really impressed with the clean room and the hot breakfast options. The cozy indoor pool and inviting lounge area made for great relaxation spots after a long day. Only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but overall, a solid experience! 😊

Clean rooms and good location, but musty smell and poor TV reception.

missingWrote a review on May 14comfortable seatingclean roomhelpful staffdated facilitiespoor maintenanceuninviting hot tub
The lobby caught my eye right away with its charming decor. Large, comfy sofas invited relaxation, while the fireplace added a nice touch. Breakfast surprised me with its decent spread, though a little more variety would be great. My room was clean, but the aging carpet and worn chair covers made it feel dated. The pool area, however, was disappointing. The water looked uninviting, and the hot tub was a complete let-down with scum around the edges. I felt like I was stepping into a relic of the past rather than a relaxing escape. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything a bit more pleasant. This hotel has potential if it can address some aging facilities, especially the pool and hot tub. It feels like they’re trying, but a renovation is desperately needed.
